Damson

A rich full bodied syrup of pure damson juice and sugar.

Ideas and uses:
Add to Gin or Vodka, dilute with tonic water - a party starter!

Add a few glugs to gravy for lamb, venison, duck or beef.

Drizzle over ice-cream or pancakes.

Stir into porridge or natural yoghurt.
